Shipping Policy
At Sync’d Supplements, we will make sure that we cover every part of the mainland USA. With our multi-platform shipping capabilities we can ship to any address, whether it be in the city, a rural address or a PO Box we've got it covered. Furthermore, we ship anywhere in the USA (except for Hawaii) for a very low fee. All our products are always kept in stock and shipped out to our customers immediately. The state of the art warehousing and shipping facility allows us to process your orders in the most time efficient manner. Our partnership with top shipping carriers has allowed us to utilize their award winning technology to immediately email customers with order confirmations and tracking numbers as soon as the orders are processed. We promise to ship our products to you safe and sound, and not to mention, our fully insured shipping takes the stress away and allows you to buy our products with confidence.
Please note that Delivery times are not guaranteed, but below are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer express shipping for Next Day Delivery for all of the continental states. To ensure you receive your order the following day, your order must be placed before 1 PM on that business day. Next Day shipping excludes weekends. We are not able to make deliveries on weekends, so even if you order before 1 PM on Friday, your order will be received on Monday. We do our best to prioritize express shipping orders above standard, to ensure you receive your order within the time frame. Please understand that shipping delays are outside of our control as we work with shipping companies to facilitate your order. We are unable to offer refunds on express shipping at this time.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS & WRONG ADDRESS ISSUES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will gladly accept your return under the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within ten (10) Calendar days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
- Returns are only available on unopened packages. If the top seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.
- Returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee.
- All returns must be authorized by our returns department within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the item(s).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for all returns/exchanges. Please note, returns without an RMA will not be processed and will incur further delays. Once an RMA is issued, please attach it to the enclosed packing slip, print the shipping label that we will send to you, attach it to the box and drop it off at the nearest shipping centre. Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the date of return authorization. When returning an item to us for exchange please make sure the item is in its original condition with all original accessories and packaged with its original box otherwise the exchange may be refused or value for missing items may be deducted.
Please allow 5 to 8 business days for the processing of your return.
IF YOU ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT
Sync’d Supplements has made all the efforts to reduce errors.
After checkout a purchase confirmation is show on screen with your email address and shipping address. If you entered your information wrong it will be displayed here. If you find any discrepancies, please contact us immediately and we may be able to fix it. Although our shipments go out daily we can try to fix errors if reported to us immediately.
You will also receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email which is automatically sent to the email address used during checkout.
If you entered the shipping information incorrectly and we shipped the items out, we will no longer be able to fix it until it is returned as undeliverable, we will send the package back to you once it is returned back to us.
IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT
After checkout, a purchase confirmation email is sent with the list of products ordered, please contact us immediately if the product is not the one you ordered and we may be able to fix it. Although our shipments go out daily we can try to fix errors if reported to us immediately.
Once you receive the product and it is not what you ordered, we will exchange it for free.
CANCELING A TRANSACTION BEFORE SHIPMENT
Here at Sync’d Supplements we process all orders almost immediately.
If you accidentally made a purchase and you want to cancel an order before shipment for any reason, please email us immediately. If an item has already shipped the refund will be issued once the item is returned.
